july 19th 2008so today's plans were to play badminton in the afternoon and go get dinner with some of my friends. well, i played badminton with my friends, though i thought a couple more people were going to show up, but there was still hella people so we had to wait for a court. later, my friend's mom didn't pick her up so she walked home instead, she told me that her mom was coming, so i didn't ask to give her a ride home. later i meet up with my friend, lyly, at the cafe. we chilled there for a while, our other friend, keane, came and we were all chilling at the cafe. then we decided to order, we were waiting for a while, and lyly and i were starving. so we eat. then kaide calls me when we're done that it was getting kind of late and she didn't want to come cuz it was already past 8, so we decided to do a rain check on that. then it was just the 3 of us, we got dessert and walked around downtown, our lame downtown.
july 18th 2008so basically my summer has been so boring. all i do is get up, go to work, come home, watch gilmore girls, go online, read (sometimes), and sleep. then i start all over. weekends are all i have to look forward to, but now that chinese school is over i do like nothing. :| plus i haven't gotten paid yet so no shopping
but i finally managed to make some plans with my friends for this weekend
so today, i planned to go shopping after work with my friend and watch dark knight at 9. but it turns out that her dad surprised her with concert tickets, so i had to look for someone else to go with me. my sister and her bf ended up going with me. the movie was GREAT. seriously, you should watch it if you haven't. it was almost 3 hours long, we got there like an hour early to wait in line. it was soooo awesome, heath ledger played a great joker. i finally came home by midnight, went online for a few hours, and looked at boots <3 then i slept.

july 12th 2008last day of chinese school
after going to this school for about ten years, its sad to leave this place. although i don't think i'll be missing coming here once a week for three hours "learning" chinese compared to the great friends i made here. these girls are irreplaceable, and i love them to death [ wendyy, lilyy, tinaa, karenn, kristii and everyone else, i <3 you guys! ]
july 10th 2008HAPPY BIRTHDAY WENDY!
july 5th 2008one month later, i finally have my grad party. it was nothing too fancy. i played some tennis and badminton (on the streets, lol) and it made me realize that i needed to get some actual birdies! it was a pretty warm day. i suck at tennis, it takes too much effort to get better, badminton is way easier, sorta, depending who you're playing against. later i went to quickly with my sis and her bf, we ordered like 17 drinks and got an ice cream cake for our mom. went home, chilled, watched WALL-E, which is the best movie of the summer! ate cake, and i got a tv for my dorm! yay
that's like one thing i can cross off my list of things to get for my dorm
